Due to our rapid and continuous growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced, inspiring Team Leader - Romanian in our Amsterdam Customer Service site (Sloterdijk). This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, inspiring people manager, who is passionate about helping other to excel and wants  to be part of revolutionizing the Customer Service industry.

You are / You have

  • 1-2 years of people management experience in an international environment, preferably in customer contact centre;
  • Able to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences and give / receive feedback daily and you are comfortable to facilitate presentations to a variety of audiences;
  • Experience in performance management and call monitoring;
  • Proven success with building, leading, and motivating a team and demonstrated history of unwavering judgment;
  • Tech savvy and have basic understanding of computer and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc.);
  • Fluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken as well as excellent comprehension skills;
  • Open to work between 7am and 11pm, 7 Days a week and flexible to work various schedules based on business needs;
